I worked at a rental store (like hertz) heavy equipment
someone drove a rototiller thru wet cement and didn't bother to clean it the conversation that followed
me: I'm sorry sir this machine is no longer usable
him: didn't my insurance cover it
me: you did not take the insurance
him: yes I did
me: sir you signed right here to waive the insurance
him: well cant you chip it away
me: my mechanic says the machine is inoperable and it is cheaper to replace than fix
him: your mechanic is a fing retard and wouldn't know a wrench if I hit him with it
mechanic(also owner of the company): sir you ran the machine like this and distroyed the tines as well as the gearbox we are not equiped to repair it and we will charge you a reduced price due to the age of the machine(about 200 hours on it 5 weeks of work)
him: f you you can't charge me for this I will call my lawyer
boss: I'll take you to the complaints department then
him: ok
boss opens front door lets customer thru closes and locks door and waves
him:You (lots of cussing and screaming)
boss: sir I must ask you to Leave
him:f you hippies
boss: I will call the cops
him:f you go ahead they can't fing touch me
boss calls cops
cops arrive
man yells at cops till he is handcuffed
man is charged $1500 (about half the price of a new machine)
